Selecting the right trap is one of the most important decisions in any insect monitoring program. Different pests behave differently, and no single trap is ideal for every situation. CropVue offers three autonomous trap platforms designed for different pest sizes, capture volumes, and monitoring objectives, while providing the same remote access and AI powered insights.

The CropVue Delta Trap is designed for large bodied flying insects where relatively low capture volumes are expected. It is well suited for use in orchards, vineyards, field crops, greenhouses, and tunnels.
The Delta Trap captures a daily image that is automatically analyzed by CropVue's AI models, providing daily pest counts, device health, and GPS location. Growers can monitor trap catches remotely without visiting the field, receive alerts when pest pressure begins to increase, and maintain complete digital records throughout the season.
Current AI supported pest models are available on the CropVue website and continue to expand as new models are released.

The Bucket Trap is intended for high volume insect captures, making it well suited for pests that require large capacity traps throughout the season.
Instead of counting individual insects, the Bucket Trap measures the percentage of trap fill using AI image analysis. Daily images, fill percentage, device health, and GPS information are available through the CropVue platform, allowing users to monitor trap performance remotely and identify when servicing is required.
The Bucket Trap is particularly valuable for large scale surveillance programs where frequent field visits would otherwise be costly and time consuming.
Vertical Trap - Coming soon!

The Vertical Trap is designed for small bodied flying and crawling insects where traditional sticky cards are commonly used. It is ideal for monitoring pests that require vertical sticky surfaces while maintaining the convenience of remote imaging.
Like the Delta Trap, it provides daily images, device health monitoring, and GPS location.
New AI models for the Vertical Trap are currently under development and will be released as they become available.
The Vertical Trap helps reduce scouting time, supports better spray timing, and eliminates paper based record keeping while making monitoring practical across large production areas.
